Gravitational roller

Gravitational roller is used in the live rolls where the movement of goods is carried by hand or by the force of gravity. The design of a roller consists of the tube, axis and two bearings in a plastic body structure.

The material of tube: stainless steel, structural steel, plastic.

The material of axis: stainless steel, structural steel.

The diameter of the roller: 30, 40, 50, 60

Driven roller

Driven roller (round belt) is used in the live rolls where the movement of load is transferred from the roller. The gear system of roller is provided from gear motor through distributing shaft with pulleys and from the pulleys though the belt transmission. Polyurethane strap is used for belt transmission. The diameter of the cross section of the belt depends on the load that is transmitted and the diameter of the roller.

The advantages are: simple design of the roller, simple design of a live roll, low noise level, even at high speeds, low prime cost.

The disadvantages are: low spinning moment, with the increase of load slipping of belt occurs.

Gravitational taper roll

Gravitational taper roll is used in the live rolls, where the movement of goods is carried by hand on the turn, or under the force of gravity on an inclined spiral. Gravitational taper roll is a standard gravity roller with plastic set of cones put on it.

Taper rolls are designed to move cargo on turning areas.

As the speed of the load from the center of rotation axis increases, sliding of the load sometimes occurs on cylindrical rollers, that in turn increases the resistance of movement of cargo. Due to the conical shape the resistance of movement of cargo along the rollers is minimal.

Power-driven roller

Power-driven roller (sprocket) is used in live rolls where movement of load is transferred from the roller. The gear system of roller is provided from a gear motor through a chain transmission. Standard roller driving chain is used for chain transmission.

The advantages are: it can transmit higher torque compared with the belt drive.

The disadvantages are: with the increase of transmission speed the level of noise also increases.

The diameter of the roller: 50.

Power-driven  taper roll

The same as the power-driven roller with sprocket, but only used on the rotary parts of the line.

Power-driven  taper roll

ROL6

The same as a power-driven roller (round belt) with belt drive, but only used on rotary parts of the line.

Gravity strengthened roller

ROL7

It has the same design as the gravity roller. In contrast to ordinary roller it has bearing in a steel stamped body structure. Pipe wall thickness is up to 3 mm.

Retard roll

Retard roll is used along with gravity rollers. At motion of cargo under gravity force on an inclined live roll, the cargo can be dispersed with greater speed, making difficult to stop it at the end. If to set retard rolls to a live roll with a certain step, the speed of the cargo will not exceed the limit.
